Since no machine like it existed before, our gabion mesh machine has received its patent in China (Patent No. ZL99229381.2 and ZL00267044.5). It was developed by utilizing both homegrown technology and that from abroad, which means we have been able to produce a machine that can equip our domestic customers with the means to complete a variety of projects, such as constructing water drainage courses that protect and support roads, railways and dwellings. Because of our machinery on our four assembly lines producing gabions, mattresses and wire netting, we know that our product is out there protecting rock faces, riverbanks and shorelines from erosion. 



In addition to the above products, we produce a light duty series of machinery for the production of wire mesh. We have seven types of these machines that can weave wire mesh at different apertures. These machines can weave wire up to a diameter of1.2mm. There are two types of machine in this series: single-headed and double-headed. The single-headed machine can weave up to a width of 1.2m and the double, 2.2m. When separated in the middle, the double-headed machine can weave two one-meter wide meshes simultaneously. Types 1/2' and 3/4' machines can weave trapezoidal wire-mesh after the necessary alterations to produce a kind off wire-mesh used widely as the skeleton for asbestos shingle.
